Quality & Testing Process
For a buyer sourcing from an Indian supplier for the first time, one question sits above every other: can I trust this shipment? This page is our detailed answer. Our principle is simple - we verify, we don't trust. Here is exactly how a consignment moves from requirement to your warehouse.
Supplier Qualification
We work only with suppliers who can meet the specification and stand behind it in writing. Before a supplier enters a shipment, we assess their processing standards, prior export track record, and willingness to provide recourse if a batch fails testing. Quality accountability runs all the way up the chain - not just to us.
Our Process, Step by Step

Specification lock
We work only with suppliers who can meet the specification and stand behind it in writing. Before a supplier enters a shipment, we assess their processing standards, prior export track record, and willingness to provide recourse if a batch fails testing. Quality accountability runs all the way up the chain - not just to us.

Pre-Shipment Sampling
A representative sample is drawn from the actual lot before dispatch - not a showcase sample. This is the material that gets tested and that you can receive for approval.

Independent Laboratory Testing
Every consignment is tested by [an accredited third-party laboratory / your NABL-accredited lab name ] - not by the supplier - for the parameters relevant to the product and destination:
- Spices: moisture, purity/admixture, pesticide residue (to destination MRLs), aflatoxin, ethylene oxide, heavy metals, and microbial limits where required; plus active-compound value (curcumin, capsaicin/ASTA, volatile oil).
- Rice: moisture, broken %, foreign matter, admixture, pesticide residue, aflatoxin.

Certificate of Analysis, Before the Goods Move
You receive the COA for your consignment before it ships - so the numbers are confirmed against your spec while there's still a decision to make, not after the container has sailed.

Export Documentation
We prepare the full documentation set for smooth customs clearance at your end: COA, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, certificate of origin, packing list, and any destination-specific inspection certification (including Certificate of Inspection for EU/UK-bound rice).

Dispatch & post-shipment Support
Consignment details, container/seal records and shipping documents are shared on loading, and we remain your point of contact through clearance and beyond - because the goal is your second order, not just your first.
The Documentation you Receive
Certificate of Analysis (COA)

What this means for you
You're not trusting an unknown supplier's assurance. You're receiving a shipment that has been sourced to an agreed spec, independently tested against it, and documented so it clears cleanly - with one accountable partner from requirement to delivery.
